Payslips

Payslips give employees and admins a clear breakdown of hours worked, earnings, and bonuses for a payroll period. They are automatically created by the system and ensure accurate, transparent records for both parties.

Automatic Generation

Payslips are automatically generated at midnight on the end date of their associated timesheet. Once generated, both employees and admins can access the payslip immediately.

Note: If an employee’s shift is still in progress when payslips are generated, that shift will be included in the following payslip.

Viewing & Downloading

  • Employees: View your payslip from timesheets/payslips.
  • Admins: Access all team payslips for auditing or processing at timesheets/team-payslips.
  • Both can download the payslip as a PDF for recordkeeping or sharing.

Payslip Contents

A payslip includes:

  • Work Summary: Lists all shifts for the period with regular, overtime, and holiday hours.
  • Totals: Summarizes hours worked and earnings (base, overtime, holiday, and loading pay).
  • Bonuses: Displays discretionary payments (e.g., “Great work on the influencer project!”).
  • Grand Total: Combines all earnings and bonuses for the final payable amount.
  • Metadata: Payslip number, pay period dates, payment status, and team association.

These details provide employees and admins with a transparent view of payroll, making reconciliation and auditing straightforward.
