Work Contracts

Work Contracts in Monomize represent agreements between a user and a team, mirroring how organizations manage employment in the real world.

Access

Regardless of their access level, once a user's contract with a team has expired, they will no longer have access to that team's resources unless they hold an Owner role.

This ensures that permissions remain consistent with current, active agreements and prevents unauthorized access after contracts end.

Note: To manually revoke a user's access to the Monomize platform, simply terminate their contract.

Contract Lifecycle

At midnight every day, Monomize automatically:

1. Checks for expired and pending contracts.
2. Terminates or supersedes outdated contracts.
3. Creates new contracts where applicable.
