Bonuses

Bonuses allow you to reward team members with additional pay outside of regular wages. Each team manages its own bonus types.

Bonus Types

A Bonus Type defines the category of bonus, such as “Performance Bonus” or “Signing Bonus”.
Each team maintains its own list of types, and descriptions can be added internally to clarify usage.

Owners and Super Admins can create, edit, or remove bonus types from the /human-resources/settings page.
These types are then available for selection when bonuses are assigned.

Assigning Bonuses

When a timesheet closes at midnight, any pending bonuses past their payment target date are processed and added to the generated payslips as line items.
